Technique 2A – the why and the how of piano

Technique is a fancy word for the nuts and bolts of piano.  It’s the why and the how of piano.  Piano is a beautiful make-up of scales, arpeggios, rhythm, ear training and more, just mixed together in new and beautiful ways.  Which is why we learn those building blocks.  So we can learn how its put together!

As you come to understand the language of music, it becomes not only easier to read music, you can begin to create it yourself.  We will work on more of that creating at another time.

For now, you can begin your work in Piano Marvel Technique 1A.  Earn that bronze, silver, or gold piano when you complete this section.  And if you are really feeling it, get that starred gold piano when you get 100% on every exercise!  You will see that piano in your trophy case.
