2E Theory Review

This theory review isn’t going to be the same as you have done before.

First, see if you can understand what this note is saying!

Secondly:

I want you to go on and really work on naming your note names. We haven’t talked a ton about this, but it is important to know the names of the notes so that you can “talk the talk”. In other words, you will find it very useful when talking about music with other people if you can name the note!

Go to this site and see how fast you can get these down. Just do it over and over again until you get it better and better each time. Send me a message with your best flashcard time and what level you were on when you got there. My record is under a minute for the hard version, both treble and bass clef. You can try the easy or hard, but make sure you are learning both the treble and bass clef note names!

Once you have read the musical note and asked any questions you may have about it, and once you have been able to work through the online flashcards, then you are ready to mark this step complete!
